Brief Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a strong background in overseas education and proven sales experience to drive the adoption of our specialized CRM solution. Your expertise will be key in demonstrating the value of our CRM to overseas education consultancies and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential overseas education consultancies that would benefit from our CRM solution. Use a mix of research, networking, cold-calling, and targeted outreach.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop deep understanding of the pain points and challenges faced by overseas education consultancies. Conduct compelling demonstrations tailored to individual consultancy needs, highlighting the CRM’s ability to streamline operations, improve student management, and boost conversions.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage with decision-makers to assess their current processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and propose how our CRM solution can address those areas.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within overseas education consultancies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts, address objections, and confidently close deals to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, regulations, and competitor activity within the overseas education sector to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to provide insights and shape solution improvements.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications:

  • Overseas Education Background: Minimum of 3 years of experience within the overseas education industry, demonstrating understanding of consultancy operations, student lifecycle, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a B2B technology or software sales environment.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM concepts, benefits, and implementation processes.
  • Persuasive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to conveying the technical value proposition of the CRM solution.
  • Self-driven & Entrepreneurial: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, independently managing your pipeline and taking initiative.

Experience: 5-8 years
Salary: 70K – 85K per Month

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy microservices using .NET Core.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and messaging queues for communication.
  • Ensure scalability and fault tolerance through containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Implement security measures and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field.
  • 5-8 years of .NET development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
